Delivery & freight

We run our own truck along the East Coast.

Rockhampton in the north, Coffs Harbour in the south.

Our own truck

Weekly runs around south-east Queensland; fortnightly to regional QLD and northern NSW.

Loaded by hand

Our driver knows how to lift a 200kg fountain off a tailgate without scratching it.

On-site help

We'll talk you through the install — sand pads, levelling, where to run the pump cable.

Logistics

How we get pieces to you

Concrete is heavy. Worth knowing what we do, what you do, and what we expect on the day.

Where do you deliver?

Local — Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast — weekly runs.

Regional QLD — north to Rockhampton, west to Roma — every fortnight depending on the load.

Northern NSW — Tweed, Byron, Coffs Harbour, Lismore — monthly or on demand.

Outside these areas we can sometimes match with a friendly carrier — get in touch and we'll quote.

How is freight priced?

Depends on the weight, the distance, and how far the driver has to go from the truck to where the piece is going. Register your post code on a product page and we'll quote it before you commit.

What do I need on delivery day?
  • Two people on site, or somewhere flat to leave the piece while you arrange a third.
  • Clear access from the road to where it's going (a forklift won't fit through a side gate).
  • Sand or a level pad if it's a fountain — we'll talk you through it beforehand.
If it's too heavy to carry?

We can help you organise a Hiab truck (small crane) — we know the local operators and they're usually a fraction of the cost of a full crane hire.

Can I pick up from the workshop?

Yes — no charge. We'll have the piece on a pallet ready to load. Bring straps and a vehicle that can take the weight (a ute is usually plenty for under 2-tier fountains).
